Outdoor festivals in Texas are not for the faint of heart. Even though it was a gorgeous day, and not sweltering (Texas in the summer yall is no joke read temps of 100+) the need for suncare and comfy shoes was a must. Also, we did not bring our own refillable water bottles and we should have! There were some lines and a lot of walking and packing a refillable water bottle would have allowed us to skip the $6 bottled waters.

Rachael's outfit of the day consisted of skinny jeans, a comfy vneck t, a vest with pockets for extra photog gear, and this statement necklace that deserves a post of its own.

I was excited to bust out this romper and experiment with the trend. It was comfy and easy breasy. Perfect for wanting to look a little more polished and trendy but still functional. For the last year, I have been dealing with some skin issues (read sun damage from my youth making its ugly appearance in my mid-thirties), so because I knew we would be spending some extended time outside, hat was a must. This one is $12.99 people!

Have you checked out my little youtube channel? We have had so much fun creating these videos lately. Be a dear, subscribe, and then let me know in the comments what type of videos you would like to see. Below is a little montage of the day of tiny houses. Have a great weekend!
